Sustainable practices
We insist that we produce responsibly and with the environment in mind. This is how we have always worked, but it is becoming increasingly obvious that our globe requires a helping hand.
We have been flatpacking since 1989, enabling maintenance and replacement of parts, minimizing CO2 emissions during transportation, and preparing for disassembly and recycling.
We are putting our sustainable beliefs into action. By planting at least 10.000 new trees every year we contribute to the balance of the global ecosystem.
We always seek to produce at a better price, but not at any price! As an international company, we see it as our duty to apply sustainable practices to contribute to better working conditions and a cleaner environment for everyone.

Supporting UN’s Sustainable Development Goals for a more sustainable future.
We value a good and lasting environment - in its broadest definition. Hence, we aim to incorporate the SDGs in our entire organization, but as a manufacturing company two distinct focuses have been chosen.
SDG12, Responsible Consumption and Production: We help reduce pollution as all recyclable waste like cardboard, plastic, iron and metal is separated and used in other productions. Residual, combustible waste is incinerated in low pollution plants. Packaging is reduced to the minimum needed for safe transportation.
SDG13 Climate Action: We plant trees. We are committed to help improving the climate, and we yearly plant more than 10.000 trees. Trees help clean the air we breathe, filter the water we drink, and provide habitat to more than 80% of the world's terrestrial biodiversity. We consider it our duty to help protect our natural wealth.
We seek to use as few materials as possible to make our sofa beds, without compromising the quality or durability. Using fewer materials we reduce transportation costs as we use less fuel and manpower to receive materials and ship products. Our packaging has always been designed for minimum freight impact and is consequently reduced to the minimum needed for safe transportation.
